Getting There

Hotel Information—Doubletree Charlottesville

Doubletree Room
The 2011 Region 2 Conference will be held at the Doubletree Charlottesville in Charlottesville, Virginia. Ranked #8 by TripAdvisor for Charlottesville area hotels, this 3-star Doubletree hotel was recently re-designed and with complimentary high-speed internet and an indoor pool and fitness center, it is sure to please.  Overlooking the Rivanna River, our hotel is just minutes from all that Charlottesville has to offer.  After a full day of conference attending and Charlottesville exploring, end the night with a freshly baked Doubletree chocolate chip cookie.

The conference rate has been lowered to $119/night plus tax for a single or double. This is a great rate for this hotel. As usual, we've reserved a block of hotel rooms for the conference but attendees must book by March 11, 2011 to receive the discounted rate.  You can book your room:
  • Online through the Doubletree Charlottesville website.  You'll need to enter "NAC" in the Group/Convention Code box (under Special Accounts when you start the room booking process) in order to receive the special rate and for our region to get credit for your stay.
  • Call the hotel directly at 434.973.2121.  You'll need to mention the NACADA Region 2 conference as the reason for your stay in order to receive the special rate and for our region to get credit for your stay.
The block reserved by NACADA is full. Please make your reservation at one of the overflow hotels.

Parking at the Doubletree Charlottesville is self-parking and free.
